이용약관
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 주식회사 이현산업(이하 "회사")이 운영하는 홈페이지(이하 "사이트")에서 제공하는 제품 정보, 견적 계산·접수, 회원 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자의 권리, 의무와 책임을 정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (용어의 뜻)
- "이용자"는 사이트에 접속해 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 모든 사람을 말합니다.
- "회원"은 이메일 등 정보를 제공해 가입하고 로그인해 서비스를 이용하는 이용자를 말합니다.
제3조 (약관의 효력과 변경)
이 약관은 사이트에 게시함으로써 효력이 생깁니다. 회사는 관계 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바꿀 때에는 시행일 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 사이트에 알립니다.
제4조 (회원가입과 계정 관리)
- 회원가입은 이용자가 이 약관과 개인정보 수집·이용에 동의하고 필수 정보를 입력한 뒤 회사가 이를 받아들이면 이루어집니다.
- 회원은 정확한 정보를 입력해야 하며, 비밀번호를 스스로 안전하게 관리해야 합니다. 타인에게 계정을 빌려주거나 넘길 수 없습니다.
제5조 (서비스의 내용)
회사는 제품과 회사 소개, 온라인 견적 계산과 접수, 회원의 견적 내역 확인 등을 제공합니다. 회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 사이트에 알립니다.
제6조 (견적의 성격)
사이트에서 계산되는 금액은 참고용 예상 금액입니다. 실제 가격, 납기, 도장·가공 사양과 배송비는 회사와 상담한 뒤 확정되며, 견적 접수만으로 계약이 이루어지지 않습니다. 표시된 금액은 부가가치세 별도입니다.
제7조 (이용자의 의무)
- 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 입력하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 사이트의 운영을 방해하거나, 자동화된 수단으로 반복 접수하거나, 사이트의 보안을 해치는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 사이트의 사진, 영상, 문구 등을 회사의 허락 없이 복제·배포·상업적으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
제8조 (탈퇴와 이용 제한)
회원은 언제든지 회사에 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 처리합니다. 회사는 이용자가 제7조를 어긴 경우 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 회원 자격을 없앨 수 있습니다.
제9조 (책임의 제한)
회사는 천재지변, 통신·서버 장애 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 서비스를 제공하지 못한 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 과실로 이용자에게 손해가 생긴 경우에는 관계 법령에 따릅니다.
제10조 (개인정보 보호)
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 보호합니다.
제11조 (분쟁 해결과 관할)
이 약관과 서비스 이용에 관한 분쟁에는 대한민국 법을 적용하며, 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 협의하여 해결하도록 노력합니다. 소송이 필요한 경우 관할은 민사소송법에 따릅니다.

Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These terms set the rights and duties between Leehyeon Industry Co., Ltd. ("we") and users of this website, which offers product information, an online estimate calculator and request form, and member accounts.
2. Changes
These terms take effect when posted on the site. We may change them within the law and will post the change at least 7 days before it takes effect (30 days if it is unfavorable to users).
3. Accounts
You sign up by agreeing to these terms and the privacy policy and entering the required details. Keep your details accurate and your password safe. Do not lend or transfer your account.
4. Services
We provide product and company information, an online estimate calculator and request form, and a member quote history. We may change or stop all or part of the services for operational or technical reasons and will post important changes.
5. About estimates
Amounts calculated on the site are reference estimates only. Final price, delivery time, coating and processing specifications and shipping are confirmed after consultation, and a request alone does not form a contract. Amounts exclude VAT.
6. User duties
Do not use another person's information or enter false information, disrupt or attack the site, submit requests by automated means, or copy, distribute or commercially use our photos, videos or text without permission.
7. Leaving and restrictions
You may ask us to close your account at any time and we will do so promptly. We may restrict use or end membership if section 6 is broken.
8. Liability
We are not liable for service failures caused by events beyond our control, such as disasters or network or server outages. Where our intent or negligence causes you damage, the applicable law applies.
9. Privacy
We protect your personal data under our Privacy Policy.
10. Disputes
Korean law applies. We will first try to settle disputes by discussion; courts are determined under the Civil Procedure Act.
